I've started this song ranking poll for each album listed and I thought it deserved a clearer explanation as to how I've been ranking the songs. My method and goal is to keep it simple, fair and fun and not scientific. I don't want any song downplayed to offend anyone (I can do that by myself)but to generate insightful discussion. Here's my thoughtful attempt at the method I'm using:

I'm adding each song's position number from each list to get a total. For example:

I have listed "Seven Island Suite" as my #1 song on Sundown. I gave that a value of 1.

brink listed "Seven Island Suite" at #2. I gave that a value of 2.

SilverHeels positioned that song at #10 (boo!). That has a value of 10.

Therefore I added up everyones position # of "Seven Island Suite" and came up with a total. The smaller the total, the more popular the song.

I drew totals from the 1st 8 lists displayed for each album so everyone could compare them and hopefully generate some insightful discussion.

Any questions? I welcome suggestions and criticism's. (not really)

Thanks, chicken
