Sometimes when listening to music you want to peal away the onion-skin of production and just listen to a great singer and a great song. Ed Mullen's "A minstal Carol Carol" gives you both.

Ah Bill, A Minstrel's Carol, Melodies and My Love Song are my three very favorite Ed Mullen tunes! I haven't heard any of them in a while, thanks for reminding me to do so :)
