I've been reading this board for at least a couple of years, but I have never posted until now. I've been reading everyone's comments on Gordon's recent health crisis. It just makes me so sad. I've been a fan since I was a freshman beginning college in 1970. His music has always been a part of me.

I am taking my daughter and her fiance to the Aurora concert on Saturday. They have never seen him in concert, but have only heard my never-ending supply of Gordon CDs in my car. I am lookiing so forward to the evening and hope that Gordon will be able to perform without putting himself in unnecessary health jeopardy.

Who else is coming to the concert? We are in main floor left, Row P, 13-17.

I'm envious that you heard his music when it was new. I only heard "Sundown" when it was new in 1974.

Still,I'm glad to be around to see him still around. :cool:

Was originally going to see the Aurora show, but my husband and I've been wanting to head to Wisconsin during fall to see the pretty scenery and cruise rustic roads; so when I heard that Gordon was coming to Milwaukee at the end of Sept, we decided to plan a weekend away. Gorgeous fall colors, time away from kid and house, and Gordons wonderful romantic songs... sounds blissful :)

Kelly...know what you mean about the seats being back a ways! Last year when Gordon came to Aurora I was in the third row. This year (like last year) I was second in line when the tickets went on sale. Thought this was pretty good! Little did I know that season ticket holders this year got the jump on the available tickets! Row P was the VERY best I could do!
