You are right. it's the music that counts not what label puts it out. i only mentioned the record companies only because Gord's recorded output is quite high (not high enough for me, though. an album a year from Gord would make me very happy indeed!) & i just picked my faves from those 3 periods. to be honest, i love all the albums, but those 3 stand out in particular.
Anyways, again i'm very happy to be a member of this site dedicated to such a special & important talent as Gordon Lightfoot. i hope to keep participating & i look forward to more replies to the favourite LP topic.
