I haven't seen any talk about this version of the song. We can see how Elwood butchered it, but this version is quite good. Longer than Gord's, and it has little weird sound effects in it. It was done back in 1995
For those who haven't haven't heard it (or know Ed), he was in 70s punk band called the Saints and now he's got a solo career and you can find everything from rock, pop, country, techno, to ballads all on one album. Un underrated musician.
