Hi, I'll be flying over from London, UK to see the NYC show on Oct 29th. My best pal Brian (from Glasgow) and I always fly around the world to catch some good shows, i.e. musicals, concerts, exhibitions, etc.
I had tickets for he cancelled Massay Hall shows and returned the tickets back then. Thought it would be a good thing to see ol' GL now that he is up and running again and not likely to come over to play in Europe.
Now, if any of you want to meet up for a chat just let me know.
Oh yes, still haven't changed my mind on 'Harmony'. Keep listening to it but still nothing great - I think.
Always reading all posts on here with great interest and can't help laughing sometimes since some of you would actually give your thumbs up to GL singing the Nigerian lottery number backwards ...
Let's be honest here: Great he is still around and able to sing the good old stuff. That's what it's all about. Just check the set lists of late and see how the 'oldies' outweigh the newer stuff.
Isn't it the same for all old acts ?
See you there.

Peter,

There will be quite a few of us at that show, including Max from Italy. I know because I have his tickets, LOL.

Watch the forum for suggestions of where we might all meet in NYC. There's a rumor about that we might do 'something'.

Regarding the setlists, he's obliged to play the hits because a good many fans only know those songs. He'd start a riot if he didn't do those, eh ?

See you in NYC.

Bill :)
