Hey Kimberly! Thanks for the pictures, isn't it fantastic that we are back to talking about tours and meeting Gord and new pictures and all the things that were going on before 2002?! The pictures are fabulous, I am soooo into the Vegas and Massey shows.

Kathy, it was a fluke. Someone put me on the list, without my asking. I only got lucky.

Ask Rez how you do it. He must know. Rez?

The old thing about walking into a place as if you belong there often works.

That's how I first met Ray Charles in Denver. Nobody stopped me in the Opera House, so I just kept going. Next thing I knew I was alone in a lounge room w/ Brother Ray and Sid Feller, his conductor.

I stayed two hours and just talked and talked w/ them both. From then on Ray remembered my voice and, sometimes, my name. I was included in those who went to his funeral.

With Gord, it's a bit different. Barry, the big guy at the Stage Door, remembered me from times past when I was Alan Thicke's assistant. Alan & Gord are lo

ng time friends (Canadian's both.) I was hoping Alan would be there last night, but Augoura is closer for him.

Same brazen stuff w/ John Denver in '71 at The Greek Theater. It worked and developed into an nice acquatanceship.

Now, if I could only be that brave with a lady . . .

Speaking of ladies, thanks Kimberly for that fine candit shot of Gord & I catching up. I e-mailed it to my three sons immediately (1 in Seattle, 1 in Maui, and 1 in Japan.)

Gord was always so kind to them in their younger days. The foto will bring back memories for them and a chuckle at how much weight the Old Man has put on.

Maybe 30lbs back to my normal weight & I'd have that bravery with a lady.

Well, there's a whole lot more than you wanted to know. I best turn off the mouth for awhiile.
