Lightfoot reference on Weeds
 
There was an interesting Lighfoot reference on one of my favourite shows last night. In the beginning of the 6th season of Weeds, Nancy and her family are fleeing to Canada to escape from a murder charge.

When the customs agent asks why they're coming to Canada, they say that it's for their great uncle's 92 birthday party that night at a nursing home in Calgary. It's at 8 and Gordon Lightfoot's playing.
