I understand and when the Os are on the West Coast I will watch the Yanks V. Red Sox and I do enjoy seeing a good player. But I don't want to see them hit home runs against the home team. Against someone else that's fine - but when I go to see my team play I don't want to see Babe Ruth in the on deck circle, LOL.

idea: why doesn't Manny take pledges to raise funds for related research /care- you know, one of those I'll cut my hair for $1M type things

I'm not familiar with the Martin Silk & Steel. Is there a certain gauge you prefer ?

And just to clarify my preference.......it's D'Addario acoustic medium gauge.

At the end of the season, we'll figure out the logistics for mailing via PM. I assure you, I always pay my debts.

I love making goofy bets, especially on goofy characters.

Well, I made the trek to the grocery store and I could not find that issue. (However, I did find it embarrassing to even be perusing that nonsense)

I, like you, was also suspicious of the time frame.

We still have another week of regular season baseball ahead of us, so let's see what happens.

I hope the Appeal Courts are open on Mondays.

Yes I did.......but in a crafty way. Thankfully, the store I shop at has numerous 'impulse items' in the same vicinity. So, while it appeared to others that I was reaching for a Snickers candy bar, my eyes were actually cast upon the seemingly endless varieties of gossip rags. The line was slow, so I may be all set with treats for next Halloween.
