i've almost always found that air prices go up the closer to the date you want to fly...supply and demand...

Denver has a lot of flights to Vegas, straight shots they say. If the plane isn't full they sell really cheap tickets. I can wait because I am within driving distance of Vegas and don't mind road trips. My situation may be different than yours. I can't advise you but in my case with Spring Break over with I think that the fare from Denver to Vegas will be less than it is now. If I'm wrong I'll be "On the Road Again".
