It's a CD of late 60s live recordings from various artists. Weird "psychodelic" stuff. Came out in 1997, I think. The few places that mention the CD these days don't even mention the Lightfoot track. The cover art look like this:

There are some copies at gemm.com. There is just the one Lightfoot song, but some of us buy CDs for just one song (don't we?).
