I'm not going to jump up & down about it or make a statement of whether I thought him guilty or innocent. As someone who just lives his own life and only know Michael Jackson from music & TV,I have no business to have said one way or the other. I'm just glad this is over.

Like I told my mother earlier today,"If God knows he's guilty,he'll be guilty."If he's innocent,God will set him free." The jury clearly took their time on this and from what I gather (and hope)they made the right descision.

Larry King said a few weeks ago and I agree,"No one here knows the real truth except MJ and his accusers." "None of us have the right to say one way or the other for we were not there."

I hope this doesn't start anything but I felt it had to be mentioned. MJ: "not guilty". Been me. Later.

BS, can't dispute what you say. I've never been a fan, don't know if he's guilty or not, but one thing I'm glad about is that the jury didn't look and say "Man he's creepy", and convict. Like it or not, people in the U.S. shouldn't be judged legally on how bizarre their actions are, as long as they're legal.
On the other hand, I also hope they didn't think, "Man he's famous", and acquit.

The only thing I can say, as a parent, is "what the hell were the parents of those kids thinking???" Whether it's true or not, when there's that much smoke, assume fire and keep your kids safe. Err on the side of caution. That was my major freak out on the whole thing. Trade your kids for $$$$. What a retirement plan.

The kids & money thing is what I found so strange about the first accusation & settlement in 1993.

The boys father accuses Michael of "touching" his son but instead of seeking out justice,he accepts a cash settlement?

If I were truly certain that "anyone!" had touched a son or daughter I had,I'd make **** sure that person would go to jail for life!

The heck with the money!!

I agree with all of the above. Again, I'm not judging guilt or innocence, but as a parent I'd be running the other way if MJ asked my kid to have a sleepover--there's a big difference between what is legally provable and what common sense says is not exactly kosher. On the other hand, these were not exactly model parents, to say the least--prior welfare fraud conviction, possible extortion attempts; somehow those experiences don't form part of my CV.
B'stone, thanks for the kind email of the other day. You are one of the pistons that make this Corfid machine run.

Hey Don! Thanks for the compliment and your welcome for the message!

I'm one of the pistons aye? Better a piston here than any of the one's in last night's NBA game! :D LOL!!

Thanks again, and it's been stated that Michael (unless he leaves the country) will still accept visitors but "definetely" wont let them sleep in his bed anymore. Smart! A bit late, but smart. Later!
