and Summerside, Prince Edward Island are cancelled at this time.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- Wednesday, November 27, 2019 (Toronto, Canada)

Gordon Lightfoot’s scheduled performances this week in Fredericton (November 28), Montreal (November 30) and Ottawa (December 1) have been postponed to April 2020.

As previously announced, Mr. Lightfoot suffered a leg injury over the summer that has limited his ability to maintain his extensive tour schedule. He is currently under doctor’s care, undergoing treatment and therapy which requires a longer period of recuperation. Gordon is expected to make a full recovery.

The rescheduled performances will take place on Monday, April 13 at the Richard J. Currie Centre (University of New Brunswick) in Fredericton, Wednesday, April 15 at Algonquin Commons Theatre in Ottawa and Thursday, April 16 at Théâtre Maisonneuve, Place des Arts in Montreal

Tickets for the November concerts will be honoured for the rescheduled dates, or can be refunded at the point of purchase until Friday, February 21st at 5 p.m. local time. We regret any inconvenience.

So sorry to hear he had to cancel those last 3 shows, but very glad he's taking care of himself. Hopefully, he can just rest and relax and get ready for 2020! :-)
