Cancelled shows?

I see they cancelled last nights show and today's show. I saw on FB something about "hurt his leg and can't walk" but no other news (or details).

Anyone know what's up?

Technically the shows have been postponed. The Asheville and Chattanooga venues both have the same short blurb, which I'm sure was issued by a representative of Lightfoot. The encouraging part is that they also are confident of a full recovery, with the shows rescheduled soon. We went through a similar experience last month. We had tickets to see the Rolling Stones in Chicago. The entire tour was postponed when Mick had heart surgery. But the tour was indeed resumed. Also it appears that one more Lightfoot show (Atlanta) has also been postponed.

I have no further info other than he is taking time to heal..I am awaiting word regarding this portion of the 2019 tour and if it all will be postponed and the dates will resume in September as planned.. I will post as soon as I hear..

I'm looking at the show on Nov. 1st as a possibility since it's only a 2 1/2 hour drive for us. It's also close to formerlylavender and her husband's house.

It would be easier to guess if this is going to be a few days off or a few month's off if the cause given was more specific. i.e. "fell off a horse is less serious than fell off his house"

Anyway I appreciate the responses and hope to see you both at many shows in the future.
