leftover bells palsy effects

Do any of you think that there are any leftover effects of Gord's Bell's Palsy that continue to haunt him in 2015?

I agree with Chars "No". The only effects I have noticed, is lots of touring are making him a bit tired or run down at times, but I'm almost 72 and I bet he can still out do me in a run.

I disagree. There are subtle effects, mainly when watching Gord speak, he occasionally has to open his mouth wide to form the sound of the next word. When seeing him speak in interviews in his late 20's, it isn't there. I believe he suffered the onset of Bell's in his early 30's.

who is to say that is from the palsy?? - did he start that 45 years ago? or more recently since his other maladies and age..? I find that it seems he gets a dry mouth at times-onstage and when speaking with him/seeing him on TV. (probably from meds he takes) Seems to me to be more of a moment of thinking for the next word and he opens his mouth as he thinks, not that it is a difficulty or result of any muscle problems resulting from the palsy...
