Uncanny...lol. Lightfoot's Sweet Guinevere could work here, but Stallone shouting "Adrian.....!", not so much......

Ok, a challenge to any papal experts out there in Gordland...and I know, Gord is Protestant, not Catholic...but is that a painting of the coronation of Pope Julius II?

Like Gordon I too was raised as a Protestant.
I now ascribe to The Church of Gord...

I read something a while back about a Pope Clement and a Bishop Lightfoot.

There was a Francis Lightfoot Lee who was a signatory on the US Declaration of Independence.
I too was raised Protestant, but the last time I attended the House of Gord for services was...well...a long time ago. Gord forgive me, for I have sinned.....

Ross and John's breakfast show on Melbourne radio station 3AW raised this matter 40 minutes ago and commented on the uncanny likeness to Stallone, but didn't mention Lightfoot. They're going to make the picture available to listeners via www.3aw.com.au (http://www.3aw.com.au) . (I can see the Stallone likeness, but wouldn't have connected the other one with Gord.)

It looks like this story was actually broken by the UK Daily Mirror see the full story at-
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/weird-news/sylvester-stallone-spotted-in-500-year-old-painting-827771
which has the two pictures of Sly that I will be attaching
I have looked hard Mende but failed to see the second Gord lookalike in this 500 year old painting by Raphael in the Vatican
