Hi Bill,

Thank you for your kind words. I am really sorry the discussion forum was unavailable for such a long time. The problem causing the errors was pretty sincere and I only could dedicate the last few days to fulltime work on the database, that's why it took so long to fix it.

However, now everything is up and running on a new server (that's why you see "http://red.olm.net/~corfid" up in your address bar. This is only temporary, and should soon be showing the usual "corfid.com" adress in a few days.

I've also implemented some "speed bumps" in the registration process for new users, which is intended to keep the horrible spammers more in check.

Just clicked on the computer and happily discovered that Corfid was back.

It reminded me of the line in "Dream Street Rose": "I miss you when you're gone."

Adding to the joy was the discovery that last night we had our first fall of snow for the season here in the Nation's Capital city of Ottawa.

Talk about a "Song For A Winter's Night."

I've deleted a dozen or more spammers in the process of registering...yikes!
So far there's been no spam postings...
