Gordon expresses how honoured he is and how much he enjoys Pavlo's rendition of Gordon's "If You Could Read My Mind", featured on Pavlo's new album, Six String Blvd.
Pavlo also speaks about something he wants to do for this upcoming tour to honour Gordon...feel free to do some eve's dropping! =]

I was lucky enough to attend Pavlo's concert in Grassy Plains, BC on Oct 24th. It was awesome!! He did the rendition of IYCRMM. It was absolutely fantastic! He also mentioned his phone call from Gord. :-)
If Pavlo is playing in anyone's area, I highly recommend attending his concerts.

Isn't he a dynamic performer? The whole stage show is a feast for the eyes and the fun they all have is infectious. I remember seeing him busking 14 years ago at an art and craft show. He was at the end of one aisle with his guitar open and sitting on a stool..the crowd around him was huge. I next saw him a couple of times at the "Taste of The Danforth" Greek festival/food event in TOronto back when there were only a few thousand people show up instead of a million like nowadays. I saw him at a church in Toronto a few years ago and then again at Massey Hall. His then promoter was BCFiedler (Lightfoot's longtime friend and promo man) and I sat with him and met Pavlo and his wife. I gave him some pics I had taken at the Greek festival and he loved them. His wife sent me the long version of IYCRMM a couple of weeks ago. Pavlo is certainly a force to be reckoned with when he's onstage - I was exhausted just watching! lol

The whole group was fantastic!!. He didn't have a slide show playing with IYCRMM yet. That would've been great to see though!.
I'll be seeing Gord in Prince George on Nov 23rd. Can't wait!! :-)

Pavlo was at the Beaches Jazz Festival this summer. I too remember him playing lunchtime on a patio outside the old Timothy's at Bay and Dundas many moons ago. I figured they guy would go places with his spirited music.
