We read a lot about how PP&M, Elvis, and Johnny Cash have done Lightfoot songs. It seems to me that Glen Campbell recorded "Wherefore and Why", and "The Last Time I Saw Her Face". Am I right or is it "imagined memories" or something...

He did indeed record those two as well as If You Could Read My Mind. There may be some others.

Glen Campbell did a smooth job on "If You Could Read My Mind".

Bobby Sherman.... YIKES!!!!

"Wherefore & Why" sort of fits Sherman's style, but man did he do a poor job of that one. Sounds like he slept walked thru it.
