Funeral Service for Terry?

Has there been any mention of funeral services for Terry? I know the rest of the guys live in the Toronto area.. not sure about Terry. If there is going to be one I'd certainly be going.

If there was anything it was more than likely a small private, perhaps invite only, affair.

If he was buried, not cremated, I'd love to visit his grave one day and pay my respects.
