Thank you very much, JJ. :)
I think I had it wrong, it's " I bless the rains in Africa". ;) I wanted to find out the artist so I'll be able to download it to my MP3 Player.

Yes,the actual line is " I Bless the rains " etc.
The song is also the only #1 hit Toto ever had,in january 1983.
The much better "Rosanna" sat at number 2 for four weeks in
July of 1982,unable to beat out newer groups like The Human Leauge or Survivor.
10 Top Forty hits total :
Hold The Line
" 99 "
Rosanna
Make Believe
Africa
I Wont Hold You Back
Stranger in Town
I'll Be Over You

hey, that's a hoot (since you posted the LYRICS version, lol)
i don't know what the songs about but always liked the verse vocal and dug the Hold the Line chorus way back when i did lots of radio 'hits' listening
i thought they just had a few hits and were done but they been around, eh...perhaps higher rotation in the US and same goes for Restless Heart, mm...thought i was fairly Nashville aware, but obviously not...dunno em (yet:))
gotta tip your cap for this guy trying this tune...a all'round workout (thx, Danno)
