Jessie Joe,
Words from all of us ... many thanks and please keep going...
It's wonderful to see all these clips. A lot of them are new to most of us, especially to those in the states.

Im glad you can get to enjoy them even with the poor quality that they end up to be... esp; this last one... "WOW" the sound is awful http://forum.mininova.org/style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif I hope you get your volume down it makes them a little more easy on the ears. I could invest & get them on here in better quality @ least the way I view them on Video/DVD. But You Tube will eventually pull the plug http://forum.mininova.org/style_emoticons/default/nono.gif & it will be the end of it. In the meantime sincere thanks for your kindness. http://forum.mininova.org/style_emoticons/default/buba.gif

Wow! This is amazing stuff. And to think that I had a front row seat there that night.
This is a flashback like non other.
Thanks so much Jesse Joe for making this available. Your contributions here are placed high above the mantle that's for sure.
Cheers,

Yes I have them on VHS & many that I have transfered to DVD they are all safe with me. I bought my first VCR in 1980 so you can just imagine the wealth of Lightfoot stuff that I've collected through the years. lol !!!

These are really great! Especially when watched in the middle of our third major snowstorm - unusual for the Southern, NJ region - almost 30" last weekend, 24" last December and on our way to 18" today!
These performances took place during a difficult time for GL but you wouldn't know it - what a talent and a professional. Saw GL for the first time in concert at the beautiful Academy of Music in Philadelpia, PA (just across the Delaware River from us) in June, 1980 (I believe).
Thanks so much for taking the time!!

I have stuff on video and am thinking of buying a 'card' to do the transfers. James explained it to me at the Songwriters show last week...just have to find the time/$$ and get 'er done!
Jessie Joe,
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for posting these vids.
