Another Dylan favorite is the Canadian songwriter Gordon Lightfoot. "Gordo's been around as long as me," Dylan said. He notes the songs "Shadows," "Sundown," and "If You Could Read My Mind" as his favorites, but adds, "I can't think of any I don't like."

BD: Buffett I guess. Lightfoot. Warren Zevon. Randy. John Prine. Guy Clark. Those kinds of writers.
