I wonder if anyone knows IF Mr. Lightfoot plans to give a show in Montreal in 2009?. He is a true Canadian legend, one of a kind!. He has given us some of the most beautiful melodies ever. I will always remember him.. Congratulations Mr. Lightfoot!.

Does he have an offficial web page?...

Any info will be very much appreciated.

Welcome Mario,

If you're a Lightfoot fan, enjoy his music as we do, then you're in the right place!

You will find more to enhance your "Lightfoot experience" than you ever dreamed of. But you'll have to stick around awhile, I suggest using the "search" tool in the top menu bar. There are past threads on everything you can imagine and then some!

In my own experience, since arriving here at corfid, my "Lightfoot experience" has taken on such a broader scope, I'll be forever indebted to Florian and Char (and a host of others) who make this site what it is!

I'd encourage you to check the links to the other sites joveski mentioned... it's all great stuff!

enjoy!

The last time he was in Quebec was in 1987..I don't imagine he's making plans for any Quebec dates in 2009..

According to Wayne's website, it looks like Gord played Montreal in 1993 and 2006 also.

Getting excited about the 2009 dates. No word yet on ticket sales for Minneapolis (March 22).

We are all set with tickets and lodging for Thunder Bay (April 17) and Sault St. Marie (April 18). Can't wait for our Canadian vacation !!
