the 1969 videos are from the Johnny Cash show. They were posted here at corfid earlier in better video quality tho.
the 1971 video was from the Cash show as well.

These are nice to see. It looks like he got along with Johnny Cash well :)
It's great to see them singing together.

Thanks, Jesse J.

It is simply amazing what priceless gems turn up on youtube
The 1971 Cash show fragment I have never seen before and is special
showing as it does one of Gord's trademark"head flicks/wobbles"
And I loved how the Steel Rail Blues features an impossibly young looking Strawboss!!

I must try to show Terry and Mike this on my Nokia N800 next time I see them
It is as big a hoot as the pix and videos featuring the then long haired young Clements fellow on Saturday Night Live that Rick and Mike chuckled over last June
I couldn't help noticing whilst watching it that a suggested youtube video was
YouTube - Elvis Presley (That's What You Get) For Lovin' me
Which alas is not an actual elvis video but only a photo montage to the recording on an Elvis album

Your right John, You Tube has lots of gems. But there are still more Lightfoot stuff that have not pop up yet. Like before I owned my first VCR, in November of 1980...

The 1976 Olympic Team Benefit...

The 1970's Juno's Award even the 1980 one, I bought the VCR too late for taping that one...aso ! :)
