Can anyone help with a date of Gordon's hartwood acres free concert performance in pittsburgh in the late 90's? thanks

Yes well the one person who could tell you has to be Wayne Francis whose web site http://www.lightfoot.ca has a section containing full annual listings of every concert since 1974.
Each year's page is headed quite clearly "Tour Schedule"
Thus a google for "hartwood acres tour schedule lightfoot" should provide the date that you are looking for
but doesn't so perhaps you have the venue's name wrong
