Hey all of you, July 22nd here, and I didn't see this until today !

I can't BELIEVE i missed seeing this VERY nice B-day well-wisher from y'all. Thank you SO much. It really does make me feel special, and surrounded by many more good friends than I ever knew I had. Thanks, you guys.

I'm showin' the mileage, a few people have told me I could pass for younger I think mainly cause I have a mop full of hair on my head, but if you look close, the "50,000 miles" on my apparent facial odometer is tell-tale rolled-over 150,000 miles ! Bumpers fallen off, need a paint job, but the engine runs good,.... lol thanks again
appreciative, ~geo Steve

ps I wish there was a dang warranty on our bodies - 100 years or 100,000 miles, bumper-to-bumper, zero deductible, no exclusions. RM - i appreciate the comment on my posts ,too as I did on all of you guys.....

NightinGale - I like the older spookers cause they did not rely on slasher blood-fests and CGI effects so horrifying you think you are in a Government psych experiment in terror when you wake up from the nightmares they give you. Give me a cheesy fake "skeelatin" on a marionette line by the acid pit movie, a good screamer, the reporter regular guy that saves the day, and Vincent Price anyday ! lol thanks for the comment

I'm just confused as to who's whom... someone tried to explain it to me, but I have a few Q's. AAAGGGH !

lol ! OK Geo Steve, "My good man"...

Im Jesse Joe, I've taken that name from the Gordon Lightfoot song "Flyin Blind." Some may call me J-Jo, or jj for short. As far as I know there is only 1 other JJ, I believe his name is Jimmy Jones or James. I dont know the guy, I think he's from the Toronto area.

Char can probably clarify this better than me, I think she knows jj quite well. :)

RM, regarding:

Boy, you're having a heckuva year. I enjoy reading your well-reasoned posts, and hope this b-day finds you doing well. Oh.....the big 50.

Yes sir. In fact, I have been having a very looong last ten years, all like this, believe it or not. You know that list of the ten most stressful things in life ? I am at 8....Believe it, or NOT ! I call the last ten years "The Gauntlet", and my friends here got me a hat embroidered with :
"Hard to Kill 3,4,5,6,7,& 8" with a mtn, and a pine tree, too. Have you seen the Stephen Seagal movie "Hard to Kill ? Thats where they got the idea. Not a very illustrious movie to harken to, but it was the thought that counted... Have to have a little levity, or in my case levee breaking...lol
Last year that my Dad was alive, he got me a card that showed a building, on fire, going over a waterfall, people falling out of it and breaking, and on the top of the building was a sign shorting out, falling, that read "crisis clinic"

lol everybody has hard things they are going through.... i just wish I could roll back to 40 and start over.... thats all....course there would be that darn space/time continuum paradox to contend with, but sc** messing up history, I WANT to mess up mine.lol hehe

Thanks RM, that msg didn't really sink in til 2nd read.
