1 Too Many Mornings.

I think this another one of those Folk songs turned rock by other artists. The 1 I know was by The Assosation which was actually there first charted single in 1965 though most people probably don't know of it since it only charted in the L.A. area where they're from but it was to me one of their better songs. Anyway anyone know who wrote the song?
