Darren McGavin Passes too

Darren McGavin who appeared in Kolchak Night Stalker passed away today.

I remember Night Stalker a bit and I also know that Darren played the father of the boy who wants a B.B. Gun for Christmas in "A Christmas Story". I don't know his career as well as Don's,but I know it's no less important.

In case some of you did not know,Al Lewis who played Grandpa Munster,passed away Feb. 6th of natural causes,he was in his early 90s.


May they rest in peace as well.

He had a long career in TV (as well as on stage and in movies) but the only Emmy he won was for playing Candice Bergen's father Bill Brown on Murphy Brown (opposite the magnificent Colleen Dewhurst as Murphy's mother Avery - also an Emmy winner for the show.)
