Sorry I didn't jump in and delete the post with the Weight Loss website link earlier or answer the e-mails I rec'd about it.
Real life and real problems took over my time and the post just seemed so irrelevant anyway that I thought it would be (and should have been) ignored on the board...
Yes, being irrelevant (but completely harmless) made it eligible for deletion but good grief ....

You are absolutely correct. That post was a "no-brainer", and easily dismissed. Your diligence is greatly appreciated, and your apology completely unwarranted. With oddball posts such as that, people should just "Let it Ride".

What weight loss post? Damn, I missed it? Did anybody save a copy? Maybe some of us WANT to loose weight . . . well, as long as it doesn't involve giving up chocolate and bread.

all weight loss programmes prohibit chocolate...hence my constantly having to lose weight and ignoring the post....
