Who's going to this show?
Want to meet before the show at a restaurant or lounge?

I'll be there for this show and the Cerritos show and I'd love to meet up with you.

I'm unable to go to El Cajon, but will be at Cerritos, wearing the green wolf sweatshirt, standing beneath Victor Borge (well, his signature anyway.)

Tell us all about it. You know, the important Joan Rivers stuff. Who was Gord wearing, etc. Inquiring minds, ya know.

Where's that blasted Smilie . . . http://www.corfid.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Oh, there it is.

I am also unable to make the El Cajon show. Please do join The Rez and I under the Victor Borge tile in the Cerritos lobby before the show. I don't know yet what I will be wearing - it will depend on what's clean that weekend! http://www.corfid.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Kim, Rez & ClosetCanadian,

Instead of meeting under the Victor Borge signature, would any or all of you be interested in meeting at Mimi's Cafe, just across the way, for dinner prior to the show? Another group I'm friendly with met there prior to another concert. The food is good, reasonably priced and it is very convenient to the venue.(http://www.mimiscafe.com/locator/details.asp?ID=18)

I'm not able to attend the concert, but would love to meet you guys and would gladly drive up for dinner if anyone is interested.

Janice,

I would love to do what you propose. However, the timing of it all centers around my mama's health at the moment. I'm her caregiver.

A close friend will come be with her, so I can attend the concert. I'm sure he would have no trouble coming earlier.

My mama has written him monthly checks for 45yrs now to be my friend - and she's behind.

So, I'm up for it, given those possible unknowns, as others would prefer. I'd very much enjoy meeting you sooner than later.

Folks, going to Cerritos: my e-mail welcomes you.

The Rez Rez, I've known Kim for years and look forward to meeting you and ClosetCanadian if it works out.

I understand fully about timing and caregiving. I took care of my grandmother for 8 years so I know all about having to plan things around another person's needs.

How about the rest of you - are you game?
