The links posted here are in reverse order to the dates they were posted...ie. Railroad Trilogy was my first attempt at interpreting his music and his imagery.

Thanks to Colorado D and to all from around the world who have helped StonewallStudios dedicate this sole proprietor's energy to the image rich music of Gordon Lightfoot.

My apologies for not editing this list sooner - after I was Stonewalled at Youtube on Easter Weekend I made the mistake of loading Windows Vista without proper backups of links, passwords and website addresses. :D :D :D

Here is the link to Christian Island...known for millenia as "Gahoendoe" in The Huron native language.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6d1fkZivF4s

and with this video now LIVE at the channel and in the spirit of this forumn I have been given a permanent forum name...it is "Gahoendoe" .

Flying Blind will be LIVE sometime his weekend Jesse-joe...here are some anwers to your general observations and questions:

I am aware that there are 200 + songs and counting Auburn Annie..I had the fortune to see Gord in Toronto when he began his illustrious career with the Two Tones...and now have access to a compete library of his lifetime recordings.

I thought it might be interesting to set out on a journey to "produce" each and every one....yes it will take time...about a day per song on average...just tinkering with the notion..after all life is about what we leave...not what we take...and time is something God's Grace has given me.

Yes brink I have a copy of all videos saved and backed up . In addition, I have set up Picasaweb albums with all of the images collected and created ...an image album for each of the 75 videos at the StonewallStudios Channel. These albums include images I collected and or created but did not use...all don't make the final cut.

Hope this helps... and enjoy Christian Island..I found an artists rendering of a vessel "Silver Heel"...someone will be able to tell me if this is Gord's "Silver Heel" or some other same-named boat.

Salu,

Bru will be so happy with the CI video! You probably think we are to the point of monomania with your Gord videos, but you have such visual creativity. Match that with the words Gord paints with - a classic combination.

Teejay - these are absolutely beautiful interpretations of Gord's songs in imagery. It's so intuitively drawn from his music.

Your imagination as to what image would illustrate a very likely thought in Gord's music at each particular point is true artistry. I can safely say I have never seen anything like it that I recall. Bravo! Encore!

Request! - I'd love to see your interpretation of two songs:

1. Is There Anyone Home In This House Made of Stone
2. Beautiful

And, a curiosity - as Gord calls 'em , very ethereal songs such as "A Lesson In Love" - the imagery for this would be a very interesting video without a doubt. The ego and the id ? Apples in the sun! I can see it now.... :)

Thanks Teejay for adding this beauty to my day.

You just answered a question that I wanted to ask on this wonderful Site. Has anyone ever seen, "The Two Tones," live in concert?

Since you have, that must have been a really great experience looking on it now a days. Im thinking maybe, Charlene or John Fowles, probably saw them too.

Wonderful job on Christian Island, plus I learn new things about this great Lightfoot song I did not know. Your the best, you will be appreciated on this site, for all those great videos of Lightfoot songs. I would hope someone, could tell Mr. Lightfoot, about your great work, and dedication to his music. And that he could get to see a few of these himself. Maybe he has, who knows??

All the best, and thanks for the PM regarding ,"Flyin Blind."

Much Appreciated...

I wish I'd see the Two Tones but in 1965 I was only 10. Hadn't heard of Lightfoot yet - not that I remember anyway..
My late aunt probably did - she was always down to the coffee houses back then...I know she did see Lightfoot on his own down there.

Gahoendoe: Liner Notes

I saw (Two Tone Gord) Yorkville...early 60's, ( Ian and Sylvia too) at the Purple Onion as I recall...he was then as he is today , striking...commanding and able to consume you in a moment with the magnetism of his lyric, arrangement and presence.

His iconic DNA was bursting everywhere then...to be known and understood. His destiny , as it is now, was in his voice, his eyes and his hands. He was then, as he is today, a performing poet and a magic minstrel who sings to us his own compelling stories of love gained, love lost, separation and reunion.

That I am able to weave images with his lyrics , in tune and on time with his music...well to me it's like image-jamming with him at the Hang Dog Hotel...I learned to play guitar and have recently learned to play "images" (with 3 years of practise). I know of the stage...harmony, rythmn and timing ...

Perhaps one day Gord will see and be entertained by these videos that are co-produced with sensitivity to is lyric, his mood and his intent...I first began to learn from him...in a coffee house in Toronto 40+ years ago.

Thank you Gordon Lightfoot ... you have no idea of all the gifts you have given to others... like us ... throughout your life.

Hi culverd
I am the sole proprietor of an actual 24" thick hand-cut (c 1855) stonewalled studio in the "lower level"..(formerly a clay floor basement), of our restored heritage 5 bay Georgian home in Niagara Canada.

This life is about what we leave...not what we take..I will leave 100's of "video interpretations " of classic songs by artists like Gordon Lightfoot...my life has been blessed with the greatest gift there is culverd...time.

I went LIVE on Youtube on July 07, this year and have had 150,000 views to date, ...my lifetime target is 1000 videos and 1,000,000 views...well ... ok it's a goal
"a man's reach should exceed his grasp 'ere else what's a heaven for?"

Almost forgot my message...there's another bun out of this Studio oven...lol :D

HEY Gahoendoe,{Jessi-Jo} What can I say more, than many, many, thanks. Another great treasure.

Thank you so very much for doing this for me. I will never forget it. Always did like that song, from the first time I heard it.

It is of course from, "Harmony" 2004. And in the CD' booklet, where Gord gives thank's, he mentions this Jessi-Jo.

Maybe one day, I will find out who this person is.

His mother's name was Jessica. Maybe a friend? Who knows?

Maybe Nov 17, this question, could be ask, to the "Poet Genius," himself

Once again, ({Thank's.}) Gahoendoe, and the owner of this wonderful Site, Florian Bodenseher, who are good friends, to every Gordon Lightfoot lovers.

I salute you both...

Too Much to Lose was just uploaded to Youtube
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iFyHIHk8r0

Next on the produce order is Beautiful and trust me it is not going to be a Miss America pageant...I don't think Gord meant skin deep beauty...I believe he was referring to the inner beauty of a woman that comes from how she does things and what things she does .....not what she looks like !

With this post I will return to producing other Youtube viewer video reqests which I have suspended for the most part for the past two weeks, except for Leonard Cohens "Famous Blue Raincoat" and "Joan of Arc".

I will return to another production period of Gordon Lightfot songs after the Massey Hall concert series...unless of course someone is having a terrible time waiting until then... :D .

Please do not hesitate to message me about any info about the videos, present and future or crits you want to record...

brink, SilverHeels, Jesse-Joe, Wes and All who have reached out to touch me in this prorject: :)

Your outreaches have been an energizing part of my video production efforts of Gord's work . It has been both an exciting and emotional journey to crawl into the spaces between his words and get a new understanding of the heart and the soul of this magnificent minstrel tongue.gif .

It was never difficult to determine the "perspective" or characterization for each of the videos... instinct guided me throughout the each video of this project ...especially gathering images...I sorted them after but decided to "save" of not save in the twinkling of my eye.

I am going to spend some time today to get all 20 photo albums ( some 1500+ images collectively) uploaded to the StonewallStudio Public Gallery at Picasaweb albums:

http://picasaweb.google.com/StonewallStudios

Some folks might be interested in viewing through these reference video image albums to see those collected and those created. You can download all or any part of any album. ;)

Some of the images make great talismans of the video...right

Alan

To Peter Bro...which some could read as clever for Peterborough, thank you for identifying the "source" of my forum name "Gahoendoe".

A wise communicator told me that the key to great entertainment is education in the process...he called it Edu-tainment. I studied with him for 2 years, and plead guilty to the charge. :)

I often slide into the edutaining style with Gord's music...for my own benefi, eg; prior to researching and producing "Christian Island", I did not know the history of the Huron island name "Gahoendoe".

There is much to learn in his lyrics and music. Does anyone know if he carries native blood? There is an underlying sensitivity in many of his songs, for me, of and for First Nations peoples.

A river of requests for videos of GL's music has begun to flow. Some requests are presented to me with the power of suggestion that cannot be ignored. I have recently posted GL video # 23

"Mother of a Miner's Child"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgwjSnNKoCk

If there are other, (can't wait until after Massey Hall), requests burning holes in your hearts...please contact me. The collecting and sorting of the images takes more than 70% of the production time : :( .

If you have images to accompany your request, your request will be prioritized and could be completed within 48 hours of being received by me :D .

This has been an amazing 4 month journey. After the first 125 days at Youtube, The channel has received 180,000 video views, 4100 profile visits, 650 off-line messages, 1000 video messages and 127 subscribers. Pretty solid I think not having any politics, sex, violence, drugs or disasters...75% acoustic instrumentation...there is hope! :D

[All of Gordon's songs are in their own "(23) favorites" playlist at the Channel...you don't have to hunt for them anymore.]

I sincerely thank you, the members of this forum, for your support and encouragement. I understand that from time to time my take on a song may vary significantly from anothers...your acceptance of my work is the renewed energy I need to continue my personal "Race Among the Ruins".

I intend to complete as many still image interpretations as I can of this magnificent, magical minstrel..."producing" the entire body of his work is my 5 year goal. Though this may seem a daunting task,by my calculation,10% of his "library" is now "produced".

Sincerely and in Peace,

Gahoendoe

boy did that take me back to my childhood..

spending summers going between the mine and the cabin up in Timmins. Watching the miners with their hard hats with the flashlights on them...they'd be walking up the road to the canteen for a beer after work or coming to my grandparents to pick up laundry as they headed to the bunkhouse. i saw the dirt on their clothes atfter their shift but when my grandmother was done with them in the old wringer washer they were perfectly clean again.

sitting and watching my grandfather roll his cigarettes for the next day and helping him pack his lunch box with his thermos and sandwiches wrapped in wax paper. being quiet when he came home because he'd have a nap while supper was being prepared and quiet again because the CBC news was on and he didn't know how to read or write so this was how he learned about the world. he'd been working at the mines since before he was a teen after leaving nova scotia.

I don't remember seeing my granmother ever sit much...maybe to play cribbage once in a while. She worked as hard as he did...and none of their sons became miners...nor did their daughters marry miners. Both of my grandfathers were miners - hardworking labourers doing a dirty job in dangerous conditions. As kids we never saw how dangerous it was when we'd ride down the elevator so far underground and sit in the buckets riding the rails past the dynamite holes dotting the walls.
This song has always been a fave of mine for several reasons and another was added after hearing Jory Nash put his stamp of excellence on it.
Thanks for the images....bittersweet memories on a cold Toronto morning....

My paternal grandfather was a miner's child, in Pennsylvania. His father died (not mine-related) when Gramp was nine years old. He then went to work in the mines near Clark's Summit as he was the oldest and had his widowed mother and younger brother and sister to help support (no child labor laws then.)I come from hardy stock, though. He lived to be nearly 90. Between mining and shoecrafting he was also a terrific dancer, and was offered a spot on the vaudeville circuit but declined because he had just met a pretty little blue-eyed blonde and decided to stick around. He courted her by singing under her window, and she responded by emptying the contents of a chamber pot over his head. She was feisty and fun and it was love at first splash. They were married just over 50 years. Thanks for the video - it's one of my favorite songs.

Exactly what you think it is, lol.

Granny worked for the Board of Elections for many years, and one time had my grandfather, dressed in a girdle, parading up and down State Street with a placard exhorting locals to register to vote. He had a fabulous (very impish) sense of humor. Probably collected on a few bets that he wouldn't do it, too. They were both card-playing fiends. Sunday night was poker night at our house LONG before it became fashionable.

My father and uncle, back when they were kids, moved the two seater back a couple of feet, hid in the bushes, and watched their drunken uncle fall into the hole. He went in to his hips before he managed to grab the door frame and stop his descent. The kids laughed hysterically.

For the record, 7 of the images in the "Mother of a Miners Child" were coloured to start out..they were " adjusted " to fit with the theme.
The first to answer this question gets to request the next GL video... how did I interpret the word "child" as in "Mother of a miner's child"? :D

Quite a memory vein was opened by this video...funny how we can "mine" our mind, sort of, as in haul out the memories...weak I know...I'll stick to what I know I can do. tongue.gif

tj - not sure what you're asking - the child is the son of the miner singing the song - i think but i'm sure that's not what you're after. BUT that won't stop me from making and wishing for another request. your wonderful GL library of videos is missing the one song that probably introduced 95% of us to him - if you could read my mind.

thanks for the great work.

Gahoendoe, thank you very much for the site and the catalog listing of videos. What an impressive, wonderful, and beautiful collection of music videos; I’m mesmerized by the splendor of the visualizations, by the syncopation, by the way the music is entwined with the lyrics. Your instinct is right on because your perspectives and characterizations rendered through the images are most striking. Even though the interpretations are excellent, I have some personal thoughts and interpretations of lyric that differ with some of the tunes, but this is what good poetry and storytelling is suppose to do, lend itself, at times, to personal translations. Again, simply superb and so enjoyable. Commendations to you and to all involved in these works of art, these gems which are creative, insightful, and a tremendous way to capture Lightfoot’s music. These should make him proud. I, too, began to learn from him at coffee houses and the like for almost 40 years now. I echo your sentiments, “Thank you Gordon Lightfoot ... you have no idea of all the gifts you have given to others... like us ... throughout your life.”

Gahoendoe, since you implied, some future video considerations I could see are: “Lazy Mornin’” or “That Same Old Obsession” from Old Dan’s Records, “Ode to Big Blue” from Don Quixote would be interesting, “I’m Not Supposed to Care” (Summertime Dream) and “Tattoo” (Salute) have wonderful chord changes that could work with the right visualization, “If Children Had Wings” from Endless Wire offers some fascinating possibilities. “Ribbon of Darkness” I just like, and “Bitter Green”, well this story could be the basis for a movie. Thank you for letting me indulge myself for a bit. Auburn Annie is right, with over 200 songs, you could be at this for years!

You know "It's Tuesday so this must be Belgium"!
I do not personally recall hearing of a belgian fan here before:
we certainly have french German,Italian and British posters here and of course Florian whose wonderful site this is is himself from
Vienna Austria. You are quite right it is a very long time since Gord played in Europe,1981 I believe, but you are wrong Canada is not too far just rather expensive but far more accessible to you than to the handful of avid fans from Australia,
But if you are a keen fan the effort and expense of getting over to Toronto is well worth it and as it appears most unlikely that Gord will ever venture over the Atlantic again it will most likely be the only way you are going to be able to see this genius in action.
It is not too late to plan a visit for the upcoming 4 Massey Hall concerts on November 16 to 19, and I believe there may well be some good spare tickets for sale if you ask here There is also the thought that opportunities to see Lightfoot concerts in the future might get more limited although we all most fervently hope that there will be another Massey season in, probably, May 2008.
You are assured of a warm welcome Give it some very deep thought and if you have any questions do ask

To Walls, Brink, Silver Heels, Auburn Annie, Musky-Man, Reno-Rick and all who have posted at this "video" thread, I am making a list and reading it twice as a guide for the new Gordon Lightfoot video productions that will be undertaken post the Massey Hall Concert Series.

Your enthusiasm and support for the image-story perspectives I find in his work are the energy that I will need to soldier-on with this project. I realize the library is daunting and will liklely not achieve a 100% video-catalogue. One condition I want to apply...the requests must be for a song he wrote...not a song he covered..for example Musky-Man " The First Time Ever"...( I saw your face) is not a Lightfoot original.

There has been an unexpected, most welcome outcome from my Youtube video production. One of the founders of the New Renaissance School of Art in Italy has asked that I come to Florence to teach a "short" course on still image video production. There are only a handfull of us on Youtube who produce almost exclusively with still images and photo-editing techniques.

I responded in the affirmative. We are arranging to schedule a 4-6 week class in late summer-fall 2007. I plan to use several clips from the Gordon Lightfoot video series as examples of various production techniques and interpretation alternatives.

Without the encouragement of this Forum and the support of individuals in it, I cannot be certain that this invitation would have been earned. Thank you one and all. Will be visiting with some of you for the first time, here in the Studio, a week from today, which is something our household looks foreward to with ever increasing anticipation. God Speed.

Sincerely,

Teejaysang

I had meant to reply to this topic long ago as I desperately wanted you to cover my favourite "Restless", which seemed to me
to have just about everything required for a most interesting "screeenplay",but somebody beat me to it,I love what you did for
it,
I had somewhere already posted some pictures but no amount of searching here or on google for keywords that I used will now
bring the topic up so possibly it was one of those that got deleted. However I remembered the images I had used and refound
them as follows:-
Firstly to illustrate my favourite Gord piece of obscure imagery
"an old schooner flying down a sky that's overcast"
http://www.vividlight.com/10/images/11%20Schooner.jpg
http://www.vividlight.com/10/images/12%20Schooner.jpg
One moment overcast twilight, then suddenly a ray of light breaks through
and illuminates the scene. Then just as quickly it's gone. Luck definitely
plays a part but you can't get lucky if you're not out there.
Next to illustrate the "Wicked blast"
http://www.liberatorcrew.com/SB1919/various/Dutch.jpg
which I found on
http://www.liberatorcrew.com/SB1919/TG.htm
with this very relevant caption:-
"A great shot of the wicked muzzle blast the short barreled Brownings are noted for.
Thanks to Dutch for this shot"

next "a cold diesel rolling down a road that's built to last "

or
"Of an old engine flying down a road that's iron cast
Funnily enough I ignored the engine line in my minds eye and immnediatekly thought of a diesel road roller:-
http://www.easy2source.com/products/images/465.jpg
And I completely missed the obvious iron road being a railroad and in any case your delightful use of pictures of old
number 6060 are more obviously an "engine"
I will PM you shortly regarding next week when I hope to meet you in Toronto
also amazing is the fact that I decided to search for"scrimshaw" and found
http://www.williamgilkerson.com/scrimshaw.html
where I read
"Scrimshaw is the indigenous art form of the American Whaleman. In his idle hours of cruising for whale, he devoted himself
to fashioning articles and jewelry of whale ivory."
and found a picture that seemed to fit Gord's schooner theme
http://www.williamgilkerson.com/images/constitution_scrim_tablet.jpg
Unfortunatey the subject is the oldest US warship (that I have been on in Boston) the USS Constitution
Hardly anything to do with
"your dad And the scrimshaw that he had Of an old schooner "

I was therefore surprised to find it featured in your video

If you would like further confirmation of how advanced and unique Tom's work is you can do an interesting comparison with somebody else's "video" creation based it seems on a rare early recording of John Lennon paying a tribute to Buddy Holly by singing Rave On at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h92BQkZWkYA
In fact it is not a video at all but a very simplified equivalent to our man's brilliant creations, being a rather short audio track with
perfectly still still pictures of John added to make a very pedestrian video.
there was a somewhat similar video available a while ago for which I obtained the link
from a Holly group message; and downloaded the flv file (of only 1.16MB).I converted it to the mpeg-1 format producing a much larger file (12.3MB) which I have just completed uploading to
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLDOIIaM_Vo
I uploaded it as an mpeg file to check that it gets converted and stored in flash video flv format which appears to be, as confirmed by my set of gehendoe's originals as downloaded as flvs and the much larger set after conversion to mpeg-1, only a quarter to a third of the original mpg file with no obvious loss of detail or clarity.
I will download the file I just uploaded, check it is then in flv format, convert it to mpeg-1 and report back in due course

The Video Production Requests Starting Next Week

I am making a list and checking it twice for the next round of GL video production: Here are the requests I have gleaned from this thread

1. A Passing Ship
2. Lazy Morning
3. That Same Old Obsession
4. I'm Not Supposed to Care
5. Ode to Big Blue
6 Tattoo
7. If Children Had Wings

12.Now and Then :D Done
13.Second Cup of Coffee :D Done
14.If You Could Read My Mind
15.A Minor Ballad
16.Never Too Close
17.Spin Spin
18.Sit Down Young Stranger
19.Let it Ride
20.A Painter Passing Through :D Done

( Note to John Fowles...I have elected not to produce Face of a Thousand People as the sound track quality is not up to studio standards in my opinion. Let's discuss)

I have uploaded all videos to StonewallStudios Channels at DailyMotion
Dailymotion - Share Your Videos
and most of the collection to Yahoo Video,
http://video.yahoo.com/video/group?gid=g_41d4dde0f2e0c8767c2a2855bf379f50.41d4d de0f2e0c8767c2a2855bf379f50
-------------------------------------------------
Highest "video" Resolution is at Photodex.com Album Website

You might be interested in viewing my work in Studio quality resolution...the resolution I have before "losing it" to Mpeg and other format conversions. All my work is rendered (px)through ProShow Gold software which is a product of Photodex.com.

I have a StonewallStudio Website at Photodex.com

http://www.photodex.com/sharing/viewalbum.html?alb=0&bm=72416

and at the moment I have a Youtube Hits Album

http://www.photodex.com/sharing/viewalbum.html?alb=123569&fl=2709548&bm=72416

which includes the Top 12 Youtube viewed videos of the 100 I have uploaded, ( These videos have a minimum of 5000 views each) You might be interested to know that Gordon Lightfoot has 3/12 top viewed StonewallStudios Youtube videos:

1.Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald ( with family member comments),
http://www.photodex.com/sharing/viewshow.html?fl=2709518&alb=123569

2. Canadian Railroal Trilogy and
http://www.photodex.com/sharing/viewshow.html?fl=2709537&alb=123569

3. Song For a Winter's Night!
http://www.photodex.com/sharing/viewshow.html?fl=2709548&alb=123569

Exclusively - Lightfoot - high resolution "show-album"

I have created a Gordon Lightfoot Album at Photodex.com :
http://www.photodex.com/sharing/viewalbum.html?alb=123702
and will upload all completed videos (23) to this "Exclusively Lightfoot " Album and all subsequent GL videos I produce. This will create the highest quality playback of any "video" source for the Gordon Lightfoot Video Library "we" are creating.

This will not be widely published by me as it is intended as a Forum Members on-line "Studio" . In fact, if we decide to we could make it a password protected site ...not my first choice at the moment...something we can discuss once you have had a chance to experience the quality of Photodex.com playback.

This is lots enough for now, I look foreward to your reviews, comments and suggestions.

Massey Memories - 2006

I have been "playing" :D with some of Char's images from the Massey Week in Toronto and it looks there are at least 3 still image videos to celebrate the amazing week in November. Here is the Photodex.com link to the first D R A F T video -

http://www.photodex.com/sharing/viewalbum.html?alb=124116

You may have to download a Photodex Presenter ( player) if this is your first visit to the site. It is like anyother video viewer and harmless to any computer. Simply click on the purple icon image when ready. A new window opens...hold your cursor over the image of the train and it will pulse. Right Click for Full Screen if you want and enjoy.

http://h1.ripway.com/StonewallStudios/825199692403_06_BG.jpg This video celebrates Massey Hall, Gord and Char, Fun, and the art show with " A Painter Passing Through".

If you have more images from the art show and would like them included please send them to: StonewallStudios@gmail.com.
Thank you

By way of clarification. Macintosh users can view the videos posted at youtube. It's anything posted at photodex.com that are not viewable. That was what I was asking, on behalf of all the mac users, for help with.

Customer help at photodex told me they have no plugins for Mac.

HI Tom,
I want to express thanks for a couple of things. First of all, thanks for that great lunch and great hospitality from you and your wife at Stonewall Studio. Your house is fabulous and would make a wonderful video in itself. Why not a "spring project" along those lines???
Also, I loved your videos that you posted. It makes a great musical souvenir of the weekend and a fabulous way to remember all the people I've met.

I'll really look forward to our next get together.
Best wishes for all your projects that I know are keeping you awake nights!

Just bringing this back up to the top - anyone know where, if anywhere, Tom's wonderful Lightfoot (and other) videos have been archived? He's been booted off YouTube.

Isn't that horrible. All those fabulous videos that people are missing on youtube. Poor Tom, he isn't properly appreciated.

Not wanting to add to Tom's list here but I was wondering if he 'a.k.a' Stonewall Studios, received my two requests/descriptions
for videos of,"End Of All Time" and
"My Love For You"? Hope you saw them,no hurry of course given the list you already have.

(Anyone surprised at those choices hasn't been reading my posts! LOL!) :D

Little B Buddy - if you go to the link that Char posted and look for American Woman you will see too much of Mariah, just for you.

Hey Charlene:
Thanks for posting the link to Daily
Motion. When I found out that You Tube had pulled all of the Stonewall Studios vidoes of Gord's songs,my jaw almost hit the floor! I never did find out why they pulled them.Oh well,it doesn't really matter now.I'm just happy that I can still
see these vidoes! Thanks again,
patybear

You Tube was so stupid to drop these videos. I love Daily Motion plays better on my computer too.

Dear Char, brink and All Corfid members!

Thank you Char for managing the links in my absence. Teejay is back and in business. Youtube stonewalled me on Easter Monday after the third notice of copyright infringement related to Annies Song - John Denver. Three strikes and you are out of Youtube-

With one simple email notice they pulled my entire channel (147 video stories) thousands of messages and tens of thousands of comments with over 2,025,000 views - gone in less than 3 hours - I was unable to access any part of the channel. Violation of their terms of use conditions -

I have returned LIVE with the Lightfoot repetoire spread over three web sites - Yahoo Video - DailyMotion and LiveVideo. I have edited the LiveVideo list at the beginning of this thread and all links should now be working again.

Please accept my sincere apologies for not tending to my collection earlier - there have been many barriers - all of which have now been removed.I will be open for more requests in June - till then - I hope you enjoy the 28 video story productions that are now accessible .

I am bringing his back to the top since it has a complete listing of all of Tom's vidstorys.
I note that since then he has added Bitter Green but presume The Pony Man that CHar recently highlighted is an old one??

Thinks I seen a few odd things around here of late. Does anybody have any idea, most of all Tom himself,
why this forum suddenly thinks he has forsaken Niagara for Tennessee and changed his name to Alan??
shurely shome mishtake??!!!
Or is it my eyesight or computer on the blink
Florian your shout!!!

John it could be what happened was what we had talked about before, some of the messages we switched to another poster when Florian transfered them.
The Pony Man is a new video.
