I don't know how to play the guitar but I do know where you can find the chords. If you go to the main page of this site www.corfid.com (http://www.corfid.com) Florian has listed "Links". If you click on that you will see a website called Lightfoot! by Wayne Francis. Click on that and you will find songs with lyrics and chords. I would give you the url but when I tried it, it was taking so long to connect I thought this would be easier. Have fun!!

Hi stonewear2,
Hi Annette,
The direct link is Wayne's Website (http://www3.pei.sympatico.ca/wfrancis/lightfoot/lyrics.htm)
If you click on a song you get the lyrics; the chords are worked into the lyrics, like:
quote:
(G) If you could (Gadd9) read my mind love
(Dm6/G) What a tale my thoughts could tell
(G) Just like an (Gadd9) old time movie
(Dm6/F) 'Bout a ghost from a wishing well

Isn't that what I said? - just joking!
Thanks Florian

really didnt have a clue but so very happy to see so many other people love Gordon and his invaluable contribution to the music world.I have a sneaky suspicion that he's sitting home, recovering and writing dozens of new songs just for us.Hurry up Gordo!!!!!

Wouldn't that be great! And now he has some different references to follow along to some awesome new songs. A double album would be incredible, I think, just what the doctor ordered.
