CHUM/CityTV Building

Last night I was down at the CHUM/Citytv building at the corner of Queen and John Streets in Toronto. I had the opportunity to take a tour and saw not only the studio where Lightfoot had his 1999 Intimate and Interactive show taped, but also a huge poster of him receiving a certificate for "Gordon Lightfoot Day" in 1977 from the then CHUM president. The poster is on display near the MuchMoreMusic studio on the 4th floor I believe. Very cool.

;) Char, since I'll be packing up the computer in a few hours and probably won't get it set up in the new place until Sunday, I want to wish you a very Happy Birthday now, while I have the chance.

I'm even taking Monday off-at my age it takes longer to recover from these big events! Dan and Nanci are staying overnight at my place and heading home on Monday. Yay - a sleepover for my 50th !!!

I hope your move goes smoothly and I want to see pics of all of your stuff in place when you're settled. don't work too hard!
