I'm going!!!!!!! I'm so excited!!!! I've got tickets for Aug 13th as well. I don't have a place to stay yet. The hotel that was mentioned in another post is booked full. Any ideas? It will be about a 6 hour drive for me. But worth every hour. :)

We are staying at pheasant Run Resort in St.Charles Illinois. It's the largest resort in the midwest with a 36 hole golf course and several pools. Also has a spa and salon along with several gourmet restaurants. It's about 149.00 $ per night, but a super 8 or a junk hole will cost you at least 80 bucks so you should find out if they have a room. It's only twelve miles from Aurora. Good Luck!!

Excuse me butting in on an Illinoisian fantasy titan but according to my calendar it's a bit late to be talking aboot July 13th?
or are your clocks even further behind EST than I hitherto was aware of?? In any case why would you have wanted to go to Aurora on that date anyway. Surely it would be better to wait until August 13th when Gord will be in concert there!!! Or has anticipation got the better of you??
Just trying to help you understand

You people are a mess. Actually (few people are aware of this) The July 13th concert was a private concert and was by invitation only. Gord played before an audience of thirty-five fans into the wee hours of July 14th. It was suppossed to be kept a secret but he invited a woman.

Titan and friend as a young boy - already showing a reckless indifference to his wellbeing and blissfully unaware of clear and present danger in annoying savage beasts
