I'm not at all familiar with Nelly Furtado, but I love it when she asks : "Am I throwin' you off?" and Lightfoot replies "Nope".

Spoof is hilarious. I gotta show that to my 12-yr-old daughter/Nelly Furtado fan. She thinks I'm the only person in the world who knows who Gordon Lightfoot is.

Did anyone notice that on the "We're sorry" spoof and on this one, that "Gord" only seems to know one tune???
[quiz time for newbies: what tune is it???]
[hint: I wrote a spoof based on that tune some years ago, and posted it. Can't name my spoof; it'd give it away!]
Funny stuff, though! I might just trade SNL for the RAF!

Interesting video. I remember watching Saturday Night Live when it first started. There has never been anything like that since, but many shows try.
