There seem to be a number of songs that use riffs from Gord's songs. For instance, "Daughter" from Pearl Jam starts like Gord's "Old Dan's Records". Also, "Circle of Steel" has a sound like a familiar recent song that I cannot remember the name of.
Does anyone else have an opinion about this?
Are there other songs?

Never noticed that Daughter is like ODR, but now that it's mentioned, they are the same. They're both in G too.
I swear I've heard the chord sequence from hiway songs somewhere else.
Also, Kiss Me, from Sixpence None the Richer has a the same pattern as Approaching lavender and poor little alison. Anyone notice??
