Go to You Tube and type in Live 8 Canada. Then go to Neil Young performing Rocking in the Free World, you will see Lightfoot directly behind him, singing along.

Bruce Cockburn is the one I should have mentioned. Silly me since he's the one patybear asked about. I was too busy being overwhelmed with how many people up there drew complete blanks on my part.

Truth in answers statement.... Charlene gets the credit. I just sympathized in being befuddled and forget to mention the only guy other than Gord and Neil I recognized - and that was the one you asked about!

Was well worth it to catch that clip.

Hello everyone,
I have been watching the video over and over again. It is awesome to see Gordon having fun and enjoying himself when he is not performing.
I have big :) :) :) :) on my face and happiness in my heart for getting to be a part of this special group. :D

good home work , char... i never saw those pics of Gord in that slideshow before, 3 great one, wish they were higher res

Cockburn quite a humanitarian, guitar player and writer...I've always thought his vocals sound like someone was standing on his chest

that other guy has one tattoo too many, imo anyhow

so does my once innocent niece...yeah ,she now has one, lol

it's crawling out of her plumber's jeans, which are three sizes too few
