That was the first song I heard Lightfoot do in 1970. I was a senior in high school and remembber it as if it was yesterday. I thought he was "new." Then I found out he had written several other of my favorite songs that PP & M had done. I found all of his older stuff and it was equally good. Well since then I have had all of his stuff on vinyl, 8 track, casette and now on I have all of his CD's. I have made him a fortune and he has entertained me for many years. Pretty good deal.

You sound just like the rest of us! I think John and Susan even still have their 8 track tapes and a working player.
