The following question came up on the Bob Dylan mailing list yesterday. Makes you wanna give a long explaination to the person asking it!
---------
>Sung by Dylan, this song appears on a recent boot that I received. The
version I have is listed as being from Anaheim, 23rd May 1999. Is this a
Dylan song? I imagine not. It's a broody sort of number. Has he
performed it widely? Any information would be helpful. A link to the
lyrics would be especially handy. Thanks. M>

oops, sorry, I left that bit off. It was I'm not supposed to care.
He's sung it a few times in the last 10 years.
