As many of you know, Jenney Rivard has gone above and beyond to make the Massey Hall pilgrimages full of fun activities and lots of excitement in past years. We thank you so much for that, Jenney!! Unfortunately, with the change in concert dates, she has too much on her plate to take on the task this year. Even though we won't be planning the day trips and other outside excursions, Melissa and I *are* planning a few "official" gatherings for everyone.

With the above in mind, if you are going to Toronto (or even thinking about it) and want to be involved in the group gatherings, email me directly at janicer@sbcglobal.net (so I can easily add your email address to my Toronto address book in order to send updates to only those interested). Please include your full name and when you plan on arriving/departing so we can choose the best times to accommodate all who want to participate and so I can know how and when to get your "convention stuff" (yes, those details are a surprise) to you. I would also need to know if you'll be bringing friends or family with you (in case our plans require making reservations), and whether or not you plan on staying at the Delta Chelsea or elsewhere - actually, that part's not required, but it's helpful http://www.corfid.com/ubb/smile.gif

This information will be a huge benefit as we start putting some things together.

Some of you will be seeing this again as I'll be posting a similar message to the News Group. Please feel free to pass the information along to those who are going to Toronto, but may not read the NG or Corfid.

Thanks a lot and I'm really looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new!

Janice

I just wanted one last chance to make sure that those of you who are going to Massey and haven't emailed me have done so because you have no interest in hanging out with the rest of us and not because you missed this thread or forgot to email me at janicer@sbcglobal.

Thanks to those who have responded and I'll be getting the ball rolling with some thoughts on places and times soon.

Can't wait to see old friends and meet new ones! http://www.corfid.com/ubb/smile.gif

Janice I have not seen any missive from you from the other (private) Yahoo group that Val and Jenny set up for bulletins and info about the 2001 convention.
there are 105 members there now and one of them is you Janice did you forget about that group??.That reminds me I did mean to email Val and Jenney to suggest that a lot of people "here' like brink and Laurel who we know will be at this third convention ought to be members so either they could be added manually if that is possible or emailed so they can apply to join if they want to.I got Gaby to join last year. Which reminds me wherfore art thou Gabrielle and are you still intending to be in Toronto in May??
