an interesting article on Arlo Guthrie with mention of Gord. Interesting take on how the industry cut loose performers when tastes changed. His solution? Do it himself, without benefit of a major label.

I'd say Arlo ramks up there with Gord in the top ten of singer/songwriters. Arlo is also quite underrated,despite having made the movie,"Alice's Restaurant."
