a tattoo?

As some of you know from my first post, I have a guitar autographed by Lightfoot. I also have a video of him signing the guitar, and today I viewed the video and saw what appeared to be a tattoo on the inside of Lightfoots right forearm. If this is a tattoo and not a birthmark or something else, does anyone know what it is a tattoo of? It appeared to be about the size of a half dollar.
